CNC Machining & Dimensional Control

Precision Component Machining

CNC lathes and machining centers process valve bodies, balls, stems, and connection features according to approved engineering drawings.

Dimensional Inspection

Critical dimensions, geometric tolerances, and surface finishes are checked against specified acceptance criteria.

End Connection Verification

Flange dimensions, sealing faces, and connection interfaces are inspected according to applicable drawings and standards.

Assembly & Functional Inspection

Component Verification

Valve bodies, balls, stems, seats, and seals are checked against the approved bill of materials (BOM).

Configuration Check

Valve type, nominal size, pressure class, end connections, trim materials, and actuator interfaces are verified against purchase order requirements.

Operational Checks

Manual, gear-operated, and actuated valves are checked for operating function according to the specified inspection procedure.

Pressure Testing & Quality Inspection

Shell Pressure Test

Evaluates pressure-retaining integrity according to the applicable standard and agreed test requirements.

Seat Leakage Test

Verifies shut-off performance against the specified leakage acceptance criteria, test medium, and pressure conditions.

Inspection Records

Test results and inspection records are maintained according to the agreed Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and documentation scope.

Material Verification & Traceability

Material Specification: Body, ball, stem, seat, and sealing materials are selected according to approved drawings, the BOM, and operating conditions.
Material Certificates: Material Test Reports (MTRs) and EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 documentation can be specified according to project requirements and the agreed supply scope.
Heat Number Traceability: Heat numbers and batch records can link applicable components to material documentation, subject to the established traceability procedure.

Manufacturing Standards & Special Testing

Applicable Valve Standards

API 6D, API 598, ISO 5208, and ASME B16.34 are considered according to valve type, design requirements, and purchase specifications.

Special-Service Requirements

Fire-safe, fugitive emission, sour-service, and cryogenic requirements are reviewed against the applicable standards and qualification requirements.

Custom Engineering

Special alloys, metal-seated designs, non-standard dimensions, and actuator configurations are subject to technical feasibility review and confirmation.

Quality Documentation & Project Inspection

Quality Documentation: Available documents may include product datasheets, GA drawings, material certificates, pressure test reports, and dimensional inspection records.
Non-Destructive Examination: PMI, UT, MT, or PT reports can be included when required by the specification and agreed inspection scope.
Third-Party Inspection: Inspection plans, witness points, hold points, and document reviews are coordinated with the purchaser and appointed inspection agency.
