Platinum valve produces trunnion ball valve with material Inconel 625 that is a nickel-based superalloy, with the main components being nickel (≥58%), chromium (20-23%), molybdenum (8-10%), and niobium (3.15-4.15%). Its components endow this kind of material with high corrosive resistance, especially in environments containing chloride ions (such as seawater) and acidic conditions, with a corrosion resistance equivalent (PREN) of ≥ 40, which is much higher than that of 316 stainless steel (PREN ~ 26). Inconel 625 also possesses high durability of extremely temperature and can keep stronger strength at 1093℃. PMV Inconel 625 trunnion ball valve is widely applied for Oil and natural gas industry.
