Trunnion Type Ball Valve

Trunnion ball valve design is unique, the ball through the upper and lower two trunnons (pivots) are firmly fixed in the body,which allows the sphere to remain stable during rotation without tilting or swaying due to the thrust of the medium.So it can perform well in various working conditions to ensure the stability and sealing of the valve.

At the same time, the valve has an inlet and outlet two-way sealing function, which means that whether it is in the forward flow of the medium or the reverse flow, the valve can maintain good sealing performance. This two-way sealing design not only improves the sealing performance of the valve, but also enhances the reliability and safety of the valve.

The key components of trunnion ball valves that we usually use high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials. These materials not only have excellent mechanical properties, but also have good corrosion resistance and can operate stably in harsh environments for a long time. Therefore, trunnion ball valve is suitable for all kinds of high temperature, high pressure, corrosive media and other harsh conditions of fluid control.
