Raw material procurement-Inspection for it-Rough machining-heat treatment-Rough machining-NDT(UT)-Precision machining-Surface treatment-marking-Appearance inspection for component-Assembling- Inspection for dimension-Test-Cleaning the ball valve-Package-Delivery

Q: How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: We will assign our technicists to on-site to check the valve and give the solutions. If the condition is very urgent, we will contact our local technicists to help to check the problem of it and give the solution plan. It the condition of the ball valve is worse, we will replace it and delievry a new ball valve to you.

A: We have experienced quality-control team to supervise the whole prodcution line. After raw material procurement, rough machining, heat treatment ,precision maching, surface treatment, marking, assembling,our quality-control technicist will inspect the products in the each step.
