Platinum DBB ball valve is designed with two closure elements that can achieve double block and bleed function. It can isolate medium from upper steam and downsteam. At same time, to relieve residual pressure through the middle cavity. The safe control of DBB double ball valve can be met. FAQ

Q: The mechanical property of TCC,CCC, STL

A: TCC: The hardness is extremely high. The surface hardness of Ball valve with TCC can be up to 1050HV-1450HV( about 70 HRC).It has excellent wear resistance, but the thicker the coating, the lower the adhesion. CCC: Under extremely high temperature(900℃), Ball valve with CCC can still keep low friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance. STL:The hardness of cobalt-based alloy after spray welding is generally 38 - 52 HRC, while that of nickel-based alloy is 50 - 60 HRC. It possesses both corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Q: How to achieve Doulbe acting function?

A: For achievng double acting function, we need to change our operation way of ball valve to Actuator acting. Equipped with pneumatic or electric actuator, ball valve can have the ability to emegency open the closure element and shut down it. By the way, if you want to purchase the actuator by yourself, we will offer our price with bare stem and attache the ISO pad information and torque value for you to select suitable actuator by yourself.

Q: How to select materials of seat insert?

A: In common condition, we will quote as your material requirements. If the seat insert our clients select is not suitable for your working condition(medium, temperature, pressure), we help you to change the suitable one for you. The working medium will directly touch with seat insert and working temperature and pressure will impact the sealing performance of seat insert, so our technical team will choose the most fittable material of seat insert for you based on it working condition. Below 150#, PTFE. 150# to 600# RPTFE. 600# to 900# Delvon. 900# to 1500# Devlon or Nylon. 2500# PEEK.
