Q: The mechanical property of TCC,CCC, STL
A: TCC: The hardness is extremely high. The surface hardness of Ball valve with TCC can be up to 1050HV-1450HV( about 70 HRC).It has excellent wear resistance, but the thicker the coating, the lower the adhesion. CCC: Under extremely high temperature(900℃), Ball valve with CCC can still keep low friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance. STL:The hardness of cobalt-based alloy after spray welding is generally 38 - 52 HRC, while that of nickel-based alloy is 50 - 60 HRC. It possesses both corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
Q: How to achieve Doulbe acting function?
A: For achievng double acting function, we need to change our operation way of ball valve to Actuator acting. Equipped with pneumatic or electric actuator, ball valve can have the ability to emegency open the closure element and shut down it.
