A: DBB ball valve with full bore have low fluid resistance, which is making it suitable for pipelines that require regular pigging or the transportation of viscous media (such as crude oil and heavy oil). The reduced bore can be lighter and cheaper than the full bore one. Both kinds of bore can achieve bi-directional block and bleed, and can endure the high-pressure working condition.
