Q: What are the differences between Forging body and Casting body?
A:
Forging body：Through forging machine to put the pressure on material, steel is formed under the high pressure and temperature, which can make forging steel with porelessness and looseness.
Casting body：Pull the melted steel into mould, cool and solidify. Under casting procedure, the body will exist sand holes or internal defects.
Mechanical property: Forging body: excellent mechanical performance: stronger strength, greater tolerance.
Application: The forging body is more suitable in high pressure and temperature working condition. The casting body is more suitable in middle pressure and temperature working condition.
