Platinum valve designs DBB ball valve with Anti-blowout stem. 

The main characteristics of the valve

1. Double spheres and double seals: The valve has two spheres and two seals, each controlling a fluid passage to ensure that the medium does not leak when the valve is closed.

2. Drain interface: The valve cavity is provided with a drain interface to facilitate the discharge of residual media or pressure in the cavity, thus simplifying the cleaning and maintenance process.

3. Anti-ejection stem: The stem design has anti-ejection function, which increases the safety of the valve.

4. Various driving modes: manual, electric, pneumatic and other driving modes can be equipped according to user requirements to meet different operation requirements.

Q: What are the differences between Forging body and Casting body?

A: Forging body:Through forging machine to put the pressure on material, steel is formed under the high pressure and temperature, which can make forging steel with porelessness and looseness. Casting body:Pull the melted steel into mould, cool and solidify. Under casting procedure, the body will exist sand holes or internal defects. Mechanical property: Forging body: excellent mechanical performance: stronger strength, greater tolerance. Application: The forging body is more suitable in high pressure and temperature working condition. The casting body is more suitable in middle pressure and temperature working condition.

Q: What are the advantges of 3-piece body structure?

A: 3-piece body ball valve has long pattern F-to-F dimension. Through bolting, we fastner the 3 pieces body. Thank to this type structure, we are convenient to repair or maintain it. It's easy to replace the one of internal part of valve. If your pipe is compact, platinum valve team recommend the integral body. Integral body structure is of short pattern and less connection points, which greatly promote the sealing performace of ball valve.

Q: What is the function of anti-blowout stem?

A: 1.When the internal medium pressure of the valve is too high, the limit structure of the anti-blowout stem will prevent the valve stem from being pushed out by the pressure, ensuring operational safety.2.By this type stem, the risk of seal failure caused by the valve stem's displacement is reduced, thereby enhancing the overall pressure resistance capacity of the valve.3.When the packing seal is damaged, the anti-blowout design enables the replacement of the packing under pressure, without the need to completely shut down the pipeline system, thereby improving maintenance efficiency.
