Extended Bonnet Double Block&bleed Ball Valve
Platinum valve designs Double Block&bleed Ball Valve with extended stem, which ensure valve can operate under extremely working condition(high pressure and high temperature). The extended stem design can install the valve underground and can isolate the valve stem from harsh environments, reducing the impact of heat radiation or chemical corrosion on the operating components.

FAQ
Q: What is the function of extended stem?
A: Platinum valve designs DBB ball valve with extended stem which can be easy to install the ball valve underground. The extension of stem can isolate the operation part with extremely working environment, which can protect the operation part from high temperature and corrosive environment. At same time, the extended stem can reduce the transmission of external heat, which can be applied in Cyogenic working environment.
FAQ
Q: What are the differences of material Stainless steel and super duplex steel?
A: 1.Component: Stainless steel:Mian element is iron and it contains at least 11.5% chromium. From the perspective of its microstructure, it can be classified into austenite, ferrite, and martensite. For instance, austenitic stainless steel (such as 304, 316) has good corrosion resistance but lower strength, and ferritic stainless steel has a lower cost but weaker corrosion resistance. Super duplex steel:It is a high-alloy duplex stainless steel with a chromium content of over 25% (for example, 2507 contains 25% chromium), and it also incorporates elements such as molybdenum and nitrogen to form a duplex structure where the austenite and ferrite each account for approximately 50%. This structure combines high strength and high toughness. 2. Mechanical performance Super duplex steel:Super duplex steel performs better in environments with chloride ions (such as seawater and chemical media), and its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is far superior to that of common stainless steel. The tensile strength of super duplex steel can reach over 550 MPa, which is twice that of austenitic stainless steel (such as 316)And is suitable for high-pressure and high-stress working conditions.
