1 Piece Floating Ball Valve
1 piece floating ball valves are manufactured in accordance with API 6D. The valve is configured in a forged bolted two-piece split-body design with a small diameter, suitable for medium/low pressure working conditions. Characterized by simple design, the valve seats are directly inserted into the body.
The upstream flow pressure pushes the free-floating ball against the downstream seat-the resulting compression provides a perfect leak-free sealing solution.
The stem is connected at the top of the ball and allowing the valve to open and close with a quarter-turn movement.
Material selection is fully customizable to meet the customer's project specifications and several unique features are available offering an enhanced technical solution suitable for aggressive offshore environment and corrosive and abrasive fluids.

Control liquid level:

The conductive spring is set between the valve stem and the valve body and between the valve stem and the ball to avoid igniting flammable media due to static electricity and ensure the safety of the system.
Double protection of fire-resistant structure:
When the sealing ring is burned in the event of a fire, each sealing part of the floating ball valve can form a metal-to-metal hard sealing structure to provide additional protection.
Structural features and application scope:
The valve body of the floating ball valve is divided into two halves, and a metal sealing seat or a soft sealing seat is used as a sealing auxiliary structure between the ball and the valve seat.
